Tom Page, Professor of History, Salem State University

     The Society is fortunate to have Prof. Thomas (Tom) Page of the Salem State University History Department as the guest speaker for the Society's October Members' Program.

     Prof. Page will talk about Ann Page (the last Page family member to live in Page House) and her pioneering and inspired contributions to American education and teaching. 

     As his last name implies, Prof. Page has a strong association with Ann Page and the Page House due to his being a direct descendant of Revolutionary War Hero Col. Jeremiah Page and Mary Fowler Page, through their son John who was Ann's father. 

    We hope you will be able attend this most interesting and informative program on Thursday, October 17, 7 PM at Tapley Hall.  If you can, the office would appreciate your calling (978-777-1666) to say you will attend so the office can plan the after program refreshments accordingly.
